TERMS OF PURCHASE
These general Terms and Conditions apply to all business transactions in our shop, www.naguisa.com, hereinafter Naguisa. For more information on Naguisa and our Privacy Policy, refer to the Legal Notice at the bottom of each page of this store.
We ask that you read these Conditions of Purchase and our Privacy Policy before ordering. If you do not agree with all Terms of Purchase and Privacy Policy, you should not place any orders.
IDENTIFICATION
Naguisa is a business unit belonging to TALLER NAGUISA, Ltd., CIF B6584236, located at C/Alexandre Goicoechea, 6. Local 10, 08960 Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona). Any notification may be sent to the registered address or by phone at 931 737 686 or by email at info@naguisa.com.
ACTIVITY
Naguisa offers products for sale at www.naguisa.com exclusively to end-users. We develop online shopping solely for them. The products which Naguisa sells are articles related to shoes and other designer goods.
CONTENTS AND INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE
Naguisa reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (changes to products, prices, promotions and other sales and services) at any time. Naguisa makes every effort within its means to ensure that the information contained in the website is accurate and contains no typographical errors. In the case that at some point an error of this type occurs outside of the will of Naguisa, it will be immediately corrected. If there is a typographical error in any of the displayed prices, resulting in a error-based decision on the part of the client, Naguisa will notify the client of the error and the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase without any cost.

PRICES
Current prices contained in the website at the time of placing the order will apply.
The prices of products displayed on the website Naguisa included the Value Added Tax (VAT) of 21%.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment via credit card or debit card. Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard and American Express. The customer can choose to pay by credit card or debit card, so that the operation is confirmed at the time the order is placed.
Payment by PayPal. Customers may choose payment through PayPal at the time of purchase, so that the operation is confirmed when the order is placed.
Payment by bank transfer.
The customer must make a bank transfer for the total transaction to the account specified by the seller. A maximum period of seven working days is set to run from receipt of order to receive the amount. If after this period the transfer is not done effectively, the order will be canceled automatically and the contract shall be considered resolved. The customer must give the following transfer data:
• Invoice address if different from the shipping address, city, province and phone number
• Order number automatically assigned by the system to compete the process
• Report as transferee, Taller Naguisa, Ltd.
SHIPPING CHARGES, DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION
Shipping charges: We ship to many parts of the world using highly professional companies such as FedEx, MRW and UPS.
Spain: Free for purchases over €95, purchases below: €5. Rest of Europe, except Switzerland and Turkey: €15 up to 3 units, from 4 check the price in the shopping cart. Switzerland: 1-2 units, 15€; 3-4 units, 20€; 5 units or more, 30€. United States, Central America, Canada and Turkey: 1-2 units, 40€; 3-4 units, 60€; 5 units or more, 80€. Russia, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong: €50.
If your country is not listed, please contact us at customercare@naguisa.com and we’ll assist you with your order.
Please note that you will need to be aware of and take responsibility for any local customs duties. The total cost for your order does not include any import or duties fees.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands.
Time of delivery: Mainland: your Naguisa shoes will arrive 2-5 working days after the purchase date, except on occasions such as Easter, Christmas and public holidays.
Rest of the world: depending on the destination, orders will take between 2 and 10 working days to arrive.
Before confirming your order you will be informed about some shipping and delivery times, recent guideliens which apply to your specific order. However, both may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order. In particular:
• Transport times can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the transport and and by difficulties in delivering the goods.
Transportation: Shipment of goods are made daily, Monday through Friday and always after having finalized the customer's address. The transport of the products will be stated in the order. In case of shipping damage, the customer must be mentioned in the delivery note. Claims for damage caused by the transport after 24 hours of receipt and delivery of goods will not be accepted. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer will receive the delivery note.
BUYER'S RIGHTS AND RETURN POLICY
Naguisa guarantees its customers the option to cancel their order at any time and at no cost if the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.
As provided in Article 44, Law of Retail Trade, the buyer may return within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods in the same condition it was delivered. The seller, in turn, returns the amount of the order to the purchaser within 15 days from receipt of the returned merchandise according to delivery note.
Revocation of orders or refunds of goods outside of the specified limits will NOT be accepted.
Changes in size are free of charge for orders in SPAIN. For size exchanges in EUROPE, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product while Naguisa will bear the delivery cost of sending the new size. Changes in size will depend on stock availability.
The customer must cover the cost of exchanging and returning Outlet products. The ‘Surprise Pair’ cannot be exchanged nor returned.
The return does not entail any penalty, but the buyer shall bear the direct cost of returning the product.
If a product was delivered by mistake by Naguisa, which is different from that requested by the customer, it will be removed and the product will be given the correct product at no additional charge.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The client agrees to provide to Naguisa at all times, truthgul information about the data requested in purchase forms.
The customer agrees to accept all terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Purchase, understanding that they reflect the best possible service for the type of activity performed by Naguisa.
The customer agrees to allow the delivery of the order by providing a shipping address where the order requested can be delivered within the usual time of delivery of goods (from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 18:00). In case of default by the client of this obligation, Naguisa shall have no liability for delays or failures in delivery of the order requested by the customer.
GUARANTEES OF PURCHASE

Naguisa is responsible for any defective product in accordance with law 23/2003 of July 10 of Guarantess in the Sale of Consumer Goods, which recognizes the rights of consumers of repair, replacement, price reduction or rebate.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Purchases made with Naguisa are subject to the laws of Spain.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the applicable jurisdiction will be the courts or tribunals of Barcelona.
