AMBASSADORS PROGRAMME
How can I join the Naguisa ambassador programme?
You will become part of our ambassador programme once you finalise an order for more than €95.
How many friends can I invite?
You can invite up to 10 friends.
What benefits will my friends have when they register?
Each friend that you invite to discover NAGUISA will receive a voucher for a 15% discount. This code will expire in 3 months.
What benefits do I obtain?
When your friend finalises their first order, €10 will be added to the balance of your Naguisa account to use on your next orders.
How can I use my balance?
In order to use your balance, you have to convert it into a voucher. Once you have done this, you have a period of 30 days to spend your voucher. You can convert your entire rewards balance or just part of it.
How long will my rewards be available for?
They will be available for 2 years. Once you convert them, the voucher will be valid for 30 days.
Can I use my balance with another NAGUISA account?
The balance and the vouchers are non-transferable and are only valid for use with your Naguisa account.
LOYALTY PROGRAMME
What does the loyalty programme consist of?
Each time you place an order (including the first one) an amount equivalent to 5% of your shopping cart (excluding shipping costs) will be added to your balance to spend on your next NAGUISA orders.
Can I accumulate the rewards balance from my different orders before spending them?
The rewards can be accumulated. You decide when to use them and how much to apply to each order.
Where can I see my available balance?
This balance is added to your REWARDS tab.
