What is Naguisa?
Naguisa are handmade shoes from Spain.
When was NAGUISA founded?
Naguisa was founded in 2012 to revisit traditional espadrilles- highly comfortable jute-sole shoes- and bring them to a wider public. In 2016 we added our range of braided leather shoes. Naguisa is firmly committed to making all of its products by hand and in Spanish artisan workshops.
PACKAGING
You will receive your Naguisa properly packed in a shoe box that we hope you will keep and use as you wish. Let your imagination run wild and give it a new lease of life

RETURNS AND CHANGES
Can I return and replace my Naguisa if they do not fit me?
Yes: For delivery addresses in Spain, please contact us within 3 days since receiving your Naguisa at customercare@naguisa.com indicating in the subject "My Naguisa`s don´t fit me" and including in the text the name of the model, the size you have ordered and the new size you require.
Within two working days we will send you a carrier who will deliver your new pair of Naguisa and will withdraw the pair that doesn't fit you. If you are in another country, you should proceed the same way but send the wrong size at your own expenses. We will then send the correct size for free.
Only new and non damaged products will be accepted.
In case we don´t have the size you have requested you can either change your model of Naguisa for a different one or we will return your money.
Not applicable for "Outlet"-products. Products purchased from the "Outlet"-Shop CANNOT be exchanged.
Can I return my Naguisa?
Of course, you can return your NAGUISA shoes, as long as they are in the same condition you received them in and no more than 14 days have passed since you received them.

Naguisa will not take on any transportation costs for returning the product.
Not applicable for "Outlet"-products. Products purchased from the "Outlet"-Shop CANNOT be returned.
SHIPMENT
Once you have made your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order within 24 hours. If you do not receive this confirmation please contact us at customercare@naguisa.com
How long will delivery take since I order my Naguisa?
You will receive your Naguisa within 2 to 10 working days depending on the destination. Please note that during Christmas, Easter, Sales, Sample Sales and public holidays shipments may be affected.
Where do you ship Naguisa? What is the shipping cost?
We ship using a network of trusted couriers such as FedEx and MRW. Spain: Free for purchases over €95, purchases below: €5. Rest of Europe, except Switzerland and Turkey: €15 up to 3 units, from 4 check the price in the shopping cart. Switzerland: 1-2 units, 15€; 3-4 units, 20€; 5 units or more, 30€. United States, Central America, Canada and Turkey: 1-2 units, 40€; 3-4 units, 60€; 5 units or more, 80€. Russia, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong: €50.
PAYMENT
What forms of payment do you accept? Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
Payments are carried out by PayPal or credit card. All major credit cards are accepted. A Paypal account is not necessary.
Is this store secure?
Naguisa’s on-line shop operates in a safe and secure environment using Paypal for payment. Paypal stores and processes your private information using the Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL), which is the highest protection available in the market.
