This year, our bodies (and minds) were craving vibrant color. Our folder of inspiration was filled with saturation and richness while PEZ was taking shape.

As luck would have it, while we were working on this new collection, a colorful pop of terracotta tones appeared on our screen. It was Sartoria Vico, and we instantly fell in love. It didn’t take long to realize that we had a lot in common. Naguisa and Sartoria Vico were both dedicated to promoting artisanal products and respecting the know-how of people who've spent generations mastering their craft. And we were both designing for the same model: you.

Elisa, founder of Me Studio (our showroom in Milan) put us in contact with Cristina and Stefania, the two women behind the brand.

Two women behind a project that, like Naguisa, promulgates the value of craftsmanship and the know-how of someone who has mastered a trade for generations.

With a pandemic in the way, we used video calls to engage in a collaboration with Cristina and Stefania that would debut as part of our Spring-Summer 2022 collection.

We invited Sartoria Vico to design an espadrille, and they opened the doors of their workshop so we could bring a colorful knit combination to life. We spent months absorbed in the challenge of creating our very first garment, while at the same time guiding Cristina and Stefania in the process of creating a shoe.

The experience left us with two vibrant color palettes, embodied in jute espadrilles and a knit top and trouser set which will be available for purchase through and beginning April 12th.
