LUCY is a high heeled open toe boot inspired by our ELUR model. Made in patent cowhide leather. Square toe. Tone-on-tone fastening laces. The lining is made of sheepskin and the sole is made of cow leather for a better breathability. The heel height is 3 cm, measured in the central part of the heel and not at the back. The heel is wide for your back comfort.

*The "sole length" is the inside measurement of the shoe. Your foot length has to be less than the sole length. Your foot length is the measurement from your heel to your longest toe when you are standing (never sitting). If your foot length is the same as your sole length, choose one size up. Example: if your foot length is 24cm, your EUR size is 38.

LUCY runs true to size. We recommend selecting your standard European size. It is a model designed for all types of feet. To enjoy your Naguisa shoes for a long time, here are some tips to help you look after them:

1. To clean the uppers, lining and insole, use a damp cloth, well squeezed out.

The sole is leather treated with anti-slip rubber spay. The heel is covered with cow leather. The total height is 38cm . Made in Spain.

Ltems are sent and delivered on working days between Monday and Friday. Items are not sent or delivered at weekends or on public holidays. After your shoes leave our studio, delivery in Spain takes between one and three working days and for other destinations delivery takes between three and ten working days. If you have an urgent order, please contact our team at customercare@naguisa.com. We use MRW for all national deliveries and FedEx, DHL and UPS for all international deliveries. SPAIN 5€ - 2/5 business day. EUROPE 15€ - 3/10 business day. UNITED STATES, CANADA, TURKEY30€ - 5/10 business day. ASIA, RUSSIA,ISRAEL 50€ - 5/10 business day

If you wish to return the item you purchased, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must not be used. Once we have received the item and confirmed it meets the conditions mentioned above, we will refund the amount you paid for the item, but not the shipping and return costs. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges and returns for outlet products. The surprise item is not eligible for exchanges or returns.

We hope you’ll really enjoy your Naguisas. However, if they don’t fit, you can exchange them for a different size of the same model, depending on the stock availability. Please do so within 14 days. If you’re in Spain, we will organize the return shipment. In other words, a courier will deliver the new shoes and take the ones you want to return away. We’ll bear the costs. If you’re in another country, please send the shoes to our warehouse. You’ll have to pay for this. We will then send you the new shoes at our expense. If you want to exchange your shoes for a different model please contact customercare@naguisa.com or call us on 93 173 76 86. The customer must cover the cost of exchanging and returning outlet products. The ‘surprise pair’ cannot be exchanged nor returned.
