MUZ runs true to size. We recommend selecting your standard European size. This style is designed for all foot types. Follow our recommendations to enjoy your Naguisas for many years to come:
1. Use a damp cloth and/or a natural bristle brush to clean the upper, the lining, and the insole.
2. To improve the aging of your Naguisas, we recommend applying some type of nourishing colourless polish or wax.
Items are shipped and delivered from Monday to Friday, on business days. We do not ship or deliver during the weekend or on public holidays. The delivery time in Spain is between 1 and 3 business days after your shoes leave our studio, and for other destinations, it is between 3 and 10 business days. If you can’t find your country on our website, please contact us via email at customercare@naguisa.com, and we’ll help you complete your order. In Spain, shipping is free for orders over €95, and €5 for orders under €95. For the rest of Europe (except Switzerland and Turkey), the cost is €15 for up to 3 units, and for 4 units or more, please check the price in the cart. For Switzerland, shipping is €15 for 1 or 2 pairs, €20 for 3 or 4 pairs, and €30 for 5 pairs or more. For the USA, Central America, Canada, and Turkey, the cost is €40 for 1 or 2 pairs, €60 for 3 or 4 pairs, and €80 for 5 pairs or more. For Russia, Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, the cost is €50. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the Canary Islands.
If you wish to return the item you purchased, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must not be used. Once we have received the item and confirmed it meets the conditions mentioned above, we will refund the amount you paid for the item, but not the shipping and return costs. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges and returns for outlet products. The surprise item is not eligible for exchanges or returns.
We hope you’ll really enjoy your Naguisas. However, if they don’t fit, you can exchange them for a different size of the same model, depending on the stock availability. Please do so within 14 days. If you’re in Spain, we will organize the return shipment. In other words, a courier will deliver the new shoes and take the ones you want to return away. We’ll bear the costs. If you’re in another country, please send the shoes to our warehouse. You’ll have to pay for this. We will then send you the new shoes at our expense. If you want to exchange your shoes for a different model please contact customercare@naguisa.com or call us on 93 173 76 86. The customer must cover the cost of exchanging and returning outlet products. The ‘surprise pair’ cannot be exchanged nor returned.
