Brassica is an open sandal with crisscross straps across the instep for added support and comfort. It adjusts to the heel with a buckle. The uppers and lining are hand-woven in goatskin by artisans. The sole is made of natural cowhide to allow your foot to breathe. The leather sole features a 5 cm heel height and a 0.7 cm leather-lined platform. The heel is wide for added comfort.

Shipping charges: We ship to many parts of the world using highly professional companies such as FedEx, MRW and UPS.
Spain: Free for purchases over €95, purchases below: €5. Rest of Europe: €15 up to 3 units from 4 check the price in the shopping cart. United States and Canada: €30. Russia, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong: €50.
Please note that you will need to be aware of and take responsibility for local customs duties. The total cost of your order does not include tariffs or import taxes.
If your country is not listed, please contact us at e-shop@naguisa.com and we’ll assist you with your order.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands.
Time of delivery: Mainland: your Naguisa shoes will arrive 2-5 working days after the purchase date, except on occasions such as Easter, Christmas and public holidays.
Rest of the world: depending on the destination, orders will take between 2 and 10 working days to arrive.
Before confirming your order you will be informed about some shipping and delivery times, recent guideliens which apply to your specific order. However, both may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order. In particular:
Transport times can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the transport and and by difficulties in delivering the goods.
Transportation: Shipment of goods are made daily, Monday through Friday and always after having finalized the customer's address. The transport of the products will be stated in the order. In case of shipping damage, the customer must be mentioned in the delivery note. Claims for damage caused by the transport after 24 hours of receipt and delivery of goods will not be accepted. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer will receive the delivery note.
BUYER'S RIGHTS AND RETURN POLICY
Naguisa guarantees its customers the option to cancel their order at any time and at no cost if the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.
As provided in Article 44, Law of Retail Trade, the buyer may return within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods in the same condition it was delivered. The seller, in turn, returns the amount of the order to the purchaser within 15 days from receipt of the returned merchandise according to delivery note.
Revocation of orders or refunds of goods outside of the specified limits will NOT be accepted.
Changes in size are free of charge for orders in SPAIN.
The customer must cover the cost of exchanging and returning Outlet products. The ‘Surprise Pair’ cannot be exchanged nor returned.
The return does not entail any penalty, but the buyer shall bear the direct cost of returning the product.
If a product was delivered by mistake by Naguisa, which is different from that requested by the customer, it will be removed and the product will be given the correct product at no additional charge.

Naguisa offers products for sale at www.naguisa.com exclusively to end-users. We develop online shopping solely for them. The products which Naguisa sells are articles related to shoes and other designer goods.

Naguisa reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (changes to products, prices, promotions and other sales and services) at any time. Naguisa makes every effort within its means to ensure that the information contained in the website is accurate and contains no typographical errors. In the case that at some point an error of this type occurs outside of the will of Naguisa, it will be immediately corrected. PRICES
Current prices contained in the website at the time of placing the order will apply.
The prices of products displayed on the website Naguisa included the Value Added Tax (VAT) of 21%.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The client agrees to provide to Naguisa at all times, truthgul information about the data requested in purchase forms.
The customer agrees to accept all terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Purchase, understanding that they reflect the best possible service for the type of activity performed by Naguisa.
The customer agrees to allow the delivery of the order by providing a shipping address where the order requested can be delivered within the usual time of delivery of goods (from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 18:00). In case of default by the client of this obligation, Naguisa shall have no liability for delays or failures in delivery of the order requested by the customer.
GUARANTEES OF PURCHASE

Naguisa is responsible for any defective product in accordance with law 23/2003 of July 10 of Guarantess in the Sale of Consumer Goods, which recognizes the rights of consumers of repair, replacement, price reduction or rebate.

What is Naguisa?
Naguisa are handmade shoes from Spain.
When was NAGUISA founded?
Naguisa was founded in 2012 to revisit traditional espadrilles- highly comfortable jute-sole shoes- and bring them to a wider public. In 2016 we added our range of braided leather shoes. Naguisa is firmly committed to making all of its products by hand and in Spanish artisan workshops.
PACKAGING
You will receive your Naguisa properly packed in a shoe box that we hope you will keep and use as you wish. Let your imagination run wild and give it a new lease of life

RETURNS AND CHANGES
Can I return and replace my Naguisa if they do not fit me?
Yes: For delivery addresses in Spain, please contact us within 3 days since receiving your Naguisa at e-customercare@naguisa.com indicating in the subject \"My Naguisa`s don´t fit me\" and including in the text the name of the model, the size you have ordered and the new size you require.
Within two working days we will send you a carrier who will deliver your new pair of Naguisa and will withdraw the pair that doesn't fit you. If you are in another country, you should proceed the same way but send the wrong size at your own expenses. We will then send the correct size for free.
Only new and non damaged products will be accepted.
In case we don´t have the size you have requested you can either change your model of Naguisa for a different one or we will return your money.
Not applicable for \"Outlet\"-products. Products purchased from the \"Outlet\"-Shop CANNOT be exchanged.
Can I return my Naguisa?
Of course, you can return your NAGUISA shoes, as long as they are in the same condition you received them in and no more than 14 days have passed since you received them.

Naguisa will not take on any transportation costs for returning the product.
Not applicable for \"Outlet\"-products. Products purchased from the \"Outlet\"-Shop CANNOT be returned.
