LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT

While most of the attention is usually placed on the dress, for a bride, the shoes are also important. On that special day, you want to dance, jump and stand for hours on end without anything stopping you.

Some of you, in your search for a beautiful shoe that will allow you to comfortably enjoy that big day, end up trusting Naguisa's braided espadrilles and sandals . For us, there is no greater compliment than the fact that you choose us to share that precious day.

Many of you tag us in your photos or write to us telling us how comfortable you felt wearing them. Without a doubt, the fact that you share this enthusiasm with the team behind Naguisa lets us know that we are rowing in the right direction; that of making you a little bit happy.

Last August, a very special email arrived in our mailbox. In it, Pilar and Almudena shared with us some of the memories of one of the most important and happiest days of their lives.

In addition to some beautiful attached photos, in the email Pilar told us about her relationship with Naguisa and the reason for her thoughtful choice for that day:

“I bought my first Naguisa in Menorca 3 years ago. I had already spotted them on the website, but I liked the idea of ​​trying them on straight away: they were aubergine-coloured Ugas . Now, with my wedding sandals, I have 3 pairs of sandals and some gorgeous boots that I haven’t taken off all winter. Without a doubt, as well as being gorgeous, they are the most comfortable I have tried on: it’s wonderful to wear them for a special occasion or to make any day a little more special, without any problem of putting up with anything they throw at you. Wow, I am super in love with the brand and I had no doubt that I would get married in Naguisa (in fact, if you look at your emails, I was a pain asking about the new collection, thinking of colour mixes to make myself some personalised ones…).”

Pilar's words, like those of many of you who write to us, are part of what makes us continue year after year, working to expand our collections, with designs that make you feel comfortable. Behind each pair of sandals, there are many trips to find materials that adapt to the foot, many factory tests and trials with different lasts and feet until we find the definitive design that fits and feels good.
