How would you describe the design philosophy behind Your Living Space and how is it reflected in your projects?

Our design philosophy at Your Living Space is based on creating spaces that enhance the quality of life for our clients, balancing functionality, aesthetics and sustainability. We strive to deeply understand the needs and desires of those who will inhabit these spaces , which is reflected in personalized, practical and visually appealing projects. We use high-quality materials and innovative solutions to ensure that our designs are both durable and environmentally responsible.

Regardless of the project we work on, we always try to make it convey a sense of warmth and tell part of the history of the space. Maintaining the Andalusian patio in Seville, the volta catalana in Barcelona…

Working together as friends and partners can be a unique experience. How do you balance the dynamics of friendship and work in your professional relationship? Would you give us any advice?

We met working in a designer furniture store in Barcelona, ​​where we discovered that we shared similar tastes when it came to work and that together we got along very well. We believe that the fact that we met at work is already a great advantage.

Running a business is a big challenge , and having someone at your side who shares your vision is important. Of course, that doesn't mean it will always be easy and fun, but it gives you a security that is essential to walk that path.

In short, we had been dreaming about this project for a long time, and it is a blessing to be able to do it alongside a friend .

Are there any particular advantages to being a mother running an interior design business, such as being more sensitive to the needs of families in your projects?

Being mothers has given us a unique perspective and heightened sensitivity to the needs of families. We understand firsthand the importance of creating spaces that are safe, functional and welcoming for all family members. This experience allows us to design with a special empathy, ensuring that our projects offer practical and aesthetic solutions that enhance the daily lives of families.

Your Living Space is located in the lively Gràcia district of Barcelona. How does this environment influence your daily life and your creative inspiration?

We have been here for more than five years now, and little by little we have networked with other businesses in the area. In Gràcia there are many young, creative and talented people, and it is a showcase for many interesting proposals.

How do you select the products and brands that are presented in your showroom? How would you describe the experience you want to offer your customers?

We like to collaborate with brands that share our vision and commitment to excellence . We want to offer our customers an inspiring and personalized experience, where they can discover unique pieces and creative solutions for their spaces. Our goal is to make every visit to the showroom an opportunity to find something special and unique.

We know that you have been faithful followers of Naguisa for years. Is there any aspect of their design or philosophy that you find particularly inspiring?

We admire Naguisa for their focus on craftsmanship and sustainable design . Their ability to combine tradition and modernity in their creations inspires us to follow a similar philosophy in our projects. Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality products with a story behind them is something that motivates us to apply those same values ​​in our daily work, ensuring that every space we design has a unique and meaningful touch.
