SHIPPING COSTS, DELIVERY TIME & TRANSPORTATION
Shipping Costs:
We ship to most parts of the world using highly professional courier companies such as CTT and GLS for deliveries within Spain, and FedEx and UPS for international shipments.
- Spain: Free for purchases over €95; for purchases under €95, the shipping cost is €5.
- Rest of Europe (except Switzerland and Turkey): €15 for up to 3 pairs; for 4 or more, check the price in the shopping cart.
- Switzerland: €15 for 1–2 pairs, €20 for 3–4 pairs, €30 for 5 or more pairs.
- USA, Central America, Canada, and Turkey: €40 for 1–2 pairs, €60 for 3–4 pairs, €80 for 5 or more pairs.
- Russia, Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong: €50.
Please note that you are responsible for being informed about and covering any local customs duties. The total cost of your order does not include tariffs or import taxes.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands.
In the case of a return (Art. 44 of the Retail Trade Regulation Law), shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Time:
Delivery time to the customer's address depends on the shipping destination.
- Within mainland Spain: Unless during exceptional periods (Easter, Christmas, sales, archive/sample sales, and holidays), your Naguisa order will arrive within 2 to 5 business days from the purchase date.
- Rest of the world: Depending on destination, between 2 to 10 business days.
Delivery times may be affected by exceptional situations with the courier or difficulties in delivering the goods.
Orders are shipped daily from Monday to Friday once the delivery address has been confirmed with the customer.
In the case of damage caused during transport, the customer must note this on the courier’s delivery slip. Damage claims due to transportation will not be accepted more than 24 hours after receipt.
Upon delivery, the customer will receive the corresponding delivery note.
CUSTOMER RIGHTS & RETURN POLICY
Naguisa guarantees its customers the right to cancel their order at any time and at no cost, as long as the cancellation is made before the order has been handed over to the courier.
According to Article 44 of the Retail Trade Regulation Law, customers have the right to return a product within 14 working days of receiving it, provided it is returned in the same condition in which it was received. The seller will refund the amount paid within 15 days of receiving the returned goods (as per the delivery note).
Returns must be made in the original packaging and with the delivery note enclosed.
To make a return, go to the REVER return portal, enter your order number and the email used for the purchase, and follow the instructions provided.
Returns or order cancellations will not be accepted outside the stated time periods.
Size Exchanges:
- Free for orders within Spain.
- For size exchanges within Europe, the customer must cover the return shipping cost, while Naguisa will pay for sending the new size. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
For exchanges or returns outside Europe, please contact us so we can provide customs information if necessary.
Returns will not incur any penalties, but the customer will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product. The refund will be processed once the package arrives at our warehouse and the returned product has been inspected.
For Outlet products, return and exchange costs are the customer’s responsibility.
“Surprise Pair” products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If Naguisa delivers a product that differs from what the customer ordered, we will collect it and deliver the correct product at no additional cost.
