2. RELAXING BATH FOR TIRED FEET
-Hot water
-A handful of fresh mint leaves for their antiseptic and revitalising properties.
-A handful of fresh rosemary, which provides antioxidants and helps to activate the circulation.
-1 tbsp of Mamita 1-006 or 1-007 cleanser. The combination of clay, flours and medicinal plants contains minerals and has a soothing, anti-inflammatory effect as well as making your feet feel softer.
-Optional: add 10 drops of essential oil. We recommend lavender, lemon, basil, rosemary or orange.
