SHIPPING COSTS, DELIVERY TIME & TRANSPORTATION

Shipping Costs:
We ship to most parts of the world using highly professional courier companies such as CTT and GLS for deliveries within Spain, and FedEx and UPS for international shipments.

• Spain: Free for purchases over €150; for purchases under €150, the shipping cost is €5.
• Rest of Europe (except Switzerland and Turkey): €15 for up to 3 pairs; for 4 or more, check the price in the shopping cart.
• Switzerland: €15 for 1–2 pairs, €20 for 3–4 pairs, €30 for 5 or more pairs.
• USA, Central America, Canada, and Turkey: €40 for 1–2 pairs, €60 for 3–4 pairs, €80 for 5 or more pairs.
• Russia, Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong: €50.

Please note that you are responsible for being informed about and covering any local customs duties. The total cost of your order does not include tariffs or import taxes.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

In the case of a return (Art. 44 of the Retail Trade Regulation Law), shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time:
Delivery time to the customer's address depends on the shipping destination.

• Within mainland Spain: Unless during exceptional periods (Easter, Christmas, sales, archive/sample sales, and holidays), your Naguisa order will arrive within 2 to 5 business days from the purchase date.
• Rest of the world: Depending on destination, between 2 to 10 business days.

Delivery times may be affected by exceptional situations with the courier or difficulties in delivering the goods.

Orders are shipped daily from Monday to Friday once the delivery address has been confirmed with the customer.
In the case of damage caused during transport, the customer must note this on the courier’s delivery slip. Damage claims due to transportation will not be accepted more than 24 hours after receipt.
Upon delivery, the customer will receive the corresponding delivery note.

CUSTOMER RIGHTS & RETURN POLICY

Naguisa guarantees its customers the right to cancel their order at any time and at no cost, as long as the cancellation is made before the order has been handed over to the courier.

According to Article 44 of the Retail Trade Regulation Law, customers have the right to return a product within 14 working days of receiving it, provided it is returned in the same condition in which it was received. The seller will refund the amount paid within 15 days of receiving the returned goods (as per the delivery note).

Returns must be made in the original packaging and with the delivery note enclosed.
To make a return, go to the REVER return portal, enter your order number and the email used for the purchase, and follow the instructions provided.

Returns or order cancellations will not be accepted outside the stated time periods.

 Size Exchanges:

• Free for orders within Spain.
• For size exchanges within Europe, the customer must cover the return shipping cost, while Naguisa will pay for sending the new size. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

For exchanges or returns outside Europe, please contact us so we can provide customs information if necessary.

Returns will not incur any penalties, but the customer will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product. The refund will be processed once the package arrives at our warehouse and the returned product has been inspected.

For Outlet products, return and exchange costs are the customer’s responsibility.
“Surprise Pair” products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If Naguisa delivers a product that differs from what the customer ordered, we will collect it and deliver the correct product at no additional cost.

TERMS OF PURCHASE

These general Terms and Conditions apply to all business transactions in our shop, www.naguisa.com, hereinafter Naguisa. For more information on Naguisa and our Privacy Policy, refer to the Legal Notice at the bottom of each page of this store.

We ask that you read these Conditions of Purchase and our Privacy Policy before ordering. If you do not agree with all Terms of Purchase and Privacy Policy, you should not place any orders.

IDENTIFICATION

ACTIVITY

Naguisa offers products for sale at www.naguisa.com exclusively to end-users. We develop online shopping solely for them. The products which Naguisa sells are articles related to shoes and other designer goods.

CONTENTS AND INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE

Naguisa reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (changes to products, prices, promotions and other sales and services) at any time. Naguisa makes every effort within its means to ensure that the information contained in the website is accurate and contains no typographical errors. In the case that at some point an error of this type occurs outside of the will of Naguisa, it will be immediately corrected. If there is a typographical error in any of the displayed prices, resulting in a error-based decision on the part of the client, Naguisa will notify the client of the error and the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase without any cost.

PRICES

Current prices contained in the website at the time of placing the order will apply.

The prices of products displayed on the website Naguisa included the Value Added Tax (VAT) of 21%.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment via credit card or debit card. Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard and American Express. The customer can choose to pay by credit card or debit card, so that the operation is confirmed at the time the order is placed.

Payment by PayPal. Customers may choose payment through PayPal at the time of purchase, so that the operation is confirmed when the order is placed.

Payment by bank transfer.

The customer must make a bank transfer for the total transaction to the account specified by the seller. A maximum period of seven working days is set to run from receipt of order to receive the amount. If after this period the transfer is not done effectively, the order will be canceled automatically and the contract shall be considered resolved. The customer must give the following transfer data:

• Invoice address if different from the shipping address, city, province and phone number

• Order number automatically assigned by the system to compete the process

• Report as transferee, Taller Naguisa, Ltd.

SHIPPING CHARGES, DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION

Spain: Free shipping on orders over €150. For orders under €150, the cost will be €5. Rest of Europe: €15. United States and Canada: €30. Russia, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong: €50.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

Time of delivery: Mainland: your Naguisa shoes will arrive 2-5 working days after the purchase date, except on occasions such as Easter, Christmas and public holidays.

Rest of the world: depending on the destination, orders will take between 2 and 10 working days to arrive.

Before confirming your order you will be informed about some shipping and delivery times, recent guideliens which apply to your specific order. However, both may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order. In particular:

• Transport times can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the transport and and by difficulties in delivering the goods.

 Transportation: Shipment of goods are made daily, Monday through Friday and always after having finalized the customer's address. The transport of the products will be stated in the order. In case of shipping damage, the customer must be mentioned in the delivery note. Claims for damage caused by the transport after 24 hours of receipt and delivery of goods will not be accepted. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer will receive the delivery note.

BUYER'S RIGHTS AND RETURN POLICY

Naguisa guarantees its customers the option to cancel their order at any time and at no cost if the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.

As provided in Article 44, Law of Retail Trade, the buyer may return within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods in the same condition it was delivered. The seller, in turn, returns the amount of the order to the purchaser within 15 days from receipt of the returned merchandise according to delivery note.

Revocation of orders or refunds of goods outside of the specified limits will NOT be accepted. 

Changes in size are free of charge for orders in SPAIN.

 The customer must cover the cost of exchanging and returning Outlet products. The ‘Surprise Pair’ cannot be exchanged nor returned.

The return does not entail any penalty, but the buyer shall bear the direct cost of returning the product.

If a product was delivered by mistake by Naguisa, which is different from that requested by the customer, it will be removed and the product will be given the correct product at no additional charge.

 CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The client agrees to provide to Naguisa at all times, truthgul information about the data requested in purchase forms.

The customer agrees to accept all terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Purchase, understanding that they reflect the best possible service for the type of activity performed by Naguisa.

The customer agrees to allow the delivery of the order by providing a shipping address where the order requested can be delivered within the usual time of delivery of goods (from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 18:00). In case of default by the client of this obligation, Naguisa shall have no liability for delays or failures in delivery of the order requested by the customer.

GUARANTEES OF PURCHASE

Naguisa is responsible for any defective product in accordance with law 23/2003 of July 10 of Guarantess in the Sale of Consumer Goods, which recognizes the rights of consumers of repair, replacement, price reduction or rebate.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Purchases made with Naguisa are subject to the laws of Spain.

What is Naguisa?

Naguisa are handmade shoes from Spain.

When was NAGUISA founded?

Naguisa was founded in 2012 to revisit traditional espadrilles- highly comfortable jute-sole shoes- and bring them to a wider public. In 2016 we added our range of braided leather shoes. Naguisa is firmly committed to making all of its products by hand and in Spanish artisan workshops.

You will receive your Naguisa properly packed in a shoe box that we hope you will keep and use as you wish. Let your imagination run wild and give it a new lease of life

RETURNS AND CHANGES 

Naguisa guarantees its customers the ability to cancel their order at any time without any cost, as long as the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.

According to Article 44 of the Retail Trade Organization Law, the buyer can return the goods within 14 business days following the receipt of the goods, as long as the item is in the same condition it was delivered. The seller, in turn, will refund the order amount to the buyer within a maximum of 15 days from the receipt of the returned goods according to the carrier’s delivery note.

Returns must be made in their original packaging with the delivery note attached.

To return an item, access the REVER return portal, enter your order number and the email you used to make the purchase, and follow the instructions provided by the portal.

Cancellations or returns of goods outside of the specified time frame will not be accepted.

Size exchanges are completely free for orders within SPAIN. For size exchanges within EUROPE, the buyer must cover the cost of returning the product, while Naguisa will cover the shipping costs for the new size. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
