If you wish to return your purchase, you can do so within 14 days of receipt of your order to the following address: GRUP SEVICA - NAGUISA. Av. de la Generalitat, 65. 08840 Viladecans, Barcelona, Spain. Once we’ve received the item and checked that they fulfil the above conditions, we will reimburse you the amount you paid for them, but not for any shipping and/or return costs. The customer must cover the cost of exchanging and returning outlet products. The ‘surprise pair’ cannot be exchanged nor returned.

We hope you’ll really enjoy your Naguisas. However, if they don’t fit, you can exchange them for a different size of the same model, depending on the stock availability. Please do so within 14 days. If you’re in Spain, we will organize the return shipment. In other words, a courier will deliver the new shoes and take the ones you want to return away. We’ll bear the costs. If you’re in another country, please send the shoes to our warehouse. You’ll have to pay for this. We will then send you the new shoes at our expense.
