Suse is a shirt dress made of 100% linen. No sleeves and V-neck. Front closure with mother-of-pearl buttons.
Linen fabric is made from natural materials, so it may have small bumps (slubs) in it. It is also important to keep linen fabric dry, because it can shrink or become misshapen if it gets wet. Store linen fabric in a cool, dry place where it can get plenty of air. We recommend your regular size.
Ltems are sent and delivered on working days between Monday and Friday. Items are not sent or delivered at weekends or on public holidays. After your shoes leave our studio, delivery in Spain takes between one and three working days and for other destinations delivery takes between three and ten working days. If you have an urgent order, please contact our team at customercare@naguisa.com. We use MRW for all national deliveries and FedEx, DHL and UPS for all international deliveries. If you wish to return the item you purchased, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must not be used. Once we have received the item and confirmed it meets the conditions mentioned above, we will refund the amount you paid for the item, but not the shipping and return costs. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges and returns for outlet products. The surprise item is not eligible for exchanges or returns.
We hope you’ll really enjoy your Naguisas. However, if they don’t fit, you can exchange them for a different size of the same model, depending on the stock availability. Please do so within 14 days. If you’re in Spain, we will organize the return shipment. In other words, a courier will deliver the new shoes and take the ones you want to return away. We’ll bear the costs. If you’re in another country, please send the shoes to our warehouse. You’ll have to pay for this. We will then send you the new shoes at our expense. If you want to exchange your shoes for a different model please contact customercare@naguisa.com or call us on 93 173 76 86. The customer must cover the cost of exchanging and returning outlet products. The ‘surprise pair’ cannot be exchanged nor returned.
